The company
Motrac Hydraulik GmbH in Willich with its associated brand IMAV Hydraulics (since 2015 part of the Motrac Industries Group) is the specialist for customized control and drive solutions.
With our now over 70-year history, we are the established partner for customers in the mobile and stationary hydraulics sector. Our customers come from the construction machinery, agricultural and forestry, maritime industry, lifting and hoisting technology, mining and recycling sectors, and the industrial sector, and appreciate our reliability and sustainability.
Both special designs in both individual and small-series production as well as an extensive standard and stock program of hydraulic components are part of our solution-oriented range of services and deliveries.
The design and manufacture of hydraulic control units is also one of our core competencies, as is the development of customer-specific system solutions, implemented using the products of our system partners LHY Powertrain (formerly Linde Hydraulics), Danfoss (formerly Eaton), Argo-Hytos and Bucher.

Our services
Development
The Motrac team develops individual solutions with you using the latest 3D design technology. We are also happy to advise you on the selection of the appropriate valve technology and its application.
Production
Our products are manufactured using state-of-the-art production methods and CNC machining centers. We exclusively use steel and aluminum of the highest quality – whether for one-off or mass production.
Control
To meet our quality standards, we continuously monitor the quality of the product during production and then finally check it for dimensional accuracy during final inspection.
Warehouse
Our range includes connection plates, special intermediate plates, threaded components, screw-in valves and CETOP directional valves. In addition, we offer a series of plate connection systems and IMAV CETOP directional valves.
Assembly
Upon request, we will send you your system solution already properly assembled. This way, you can connect and use the product immediately. This service is of course provided for our own account.
Examination
At the end of each project, a comprehensive test is carried out to test the product for tightness and functionality. This is done on a testing stand that is up to date with the latest technology.Our locations
